Lemon Poppy Seed Bread
We’ve been busy lately and I’ve been neglecting lots of things. Two of those things are blogging and our Bread Machine. So let’s fix that!
For a while, we were making the standard types of breads in our bread machine: White, Wheat, or French. I decided it would be good to try the other recipes that came with the machine, even the ones with 42 ingredients!
So week number one’s entry is Lemon Poppy Seed Bread
It turned out pretty well. But the instructions did tell me to make sure that all the ingredients were well mixed after about 4 minutes. I guess I didn’t mix will enough since there are a few flour-y spots. I think I would also use more than the 3 tablespoons of Lemon Juice that it calls for next time. More lemon flavor couldn’t hurt.
