Spring Pizza

Pizzas are a good way to make use of pretty much any fresh seasonal veggies you have. This week we made one with portabello mushrooms from our CSA, some spinach from the farmer’s market, some canned roasted red peppers and ricotta cheese. Goat cheese would be really good on this pizza too, if you have it. We make the dough in our bread machine (make a few dough balls at once and then stick them in the freezer until you need them).
